Allow 1/8" to 1/4" separation between colors. Note: Not for children's toys. WARNING: Advertising balloons not intended for children. Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Keep balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Simple Typesetting charges are $15.00. Art work charged at $25.00 for first 30 minutes, $12.50 per 15 minute increment. No art charges for reorders or resizing art for another product, although each manufacturer will charge a set up charge for silk screens, digitizing, engraving etc.
