Pad printed two colors, blue & black. Ad copy normally printed black ink on backer sheet up to four lines straight type. For each additional line add $4.25 per line. For reproduction of custom logo from camera-ready art, add $15.00 one time. For change of imprint color from black to any other standard color add $43.75 wash-up plus 7½¢ each running. Add $15.00 for faxed proof. Union label available at no charge. Can combine B916, B1950S and B915 to meet 300 minimum, black imprint must be same on all. Printing on inside back sheet above advertisement available at no extra charge. Plain envelopes available $13.75 per 100 (not inserted), add $18.75 to insert (weight with envelopes 3.6 oz. each).
