Prices include straight line advertising copy printed one color, one side on a white background. For multi-color imprint, add $35.00 set-up per color plus $.05 each running for each additional color. For second side imprint, add $25.00 per 1,000 or less. Please allow 1¼" x 4" in the center of the back side of fan blade for handle placement. For reproduction of custom logos, add $35.00 per color. There is no plate charge for straight line copy. Add $40.00 for reproduction of half-tone photographs. For reverse printing (colored background with white type) add $30.00 set-up. Shipping: Ship wgt. 45 lbs./1,000. F.O.B. TN. Production 10-15 working days. Pricing good through December 31, 2012
