For each additional imprint color (maximum 5), add $.25 each plus screen, add 5 days to production time. For 22K gold or platinum imprint (microwave safe ink unless specified otherwise) up to 4 square inches, add $.50 each per side. PMS color match $30.00 per color. Add initial one-time screen charge $31.25 per imprint color. For UPS, Federal Express, or FedEx Ground, claims can only be filed if "Superbox" used, add $5.00 per case of 36. Ship wgt. 140 lbs./144.
