No art charges for reorders or resizing art for another product, although each manufacturer will charge a set up charge for silk screens, digitizing, engraving etc. OPTIONS: For spiral binding add $.14 per item. Change of copy: $10.00 (100 min per change). Proofs: 1-color black faxed or e-mailed, $7.50. Color proofs: $12.00 e-mailed only. Envelopes: White, bulk, no imprint: $.16 each, calendar inserted $.24 each. For (1-color) Black (only) Envelope Imprint: add $25 set-up plus $.08 per item run charge.
